"Performed By" and "Submit To" must match your name when Generating, Submitting, Approving, Completing Casework

Coming in November:

We've recently made a change to increase the integrity of the workflow process in extendedReach.  

When Generating, or Submitting an Activity or Report, the name in the "Performed By" must now match the worker name associated with your user id.

When Approving an Activity or Report, the name in the "Submit To" must now match the worker name associated with your user id.

If it does not, you will receive a system message prompting you to correct/change the name before proceeding.  (see screenshot below)




There may be some staff at your agency (for instance Support Staff) who do need to record Casework on the behalf of others.   In these situations, those user ids need to have a new security option enabled by your Agency Administrator:
